Or you already live here, and between the language and the local codes, running a renovation feels like a second job. Our method is made for distance: everything we do is drawn, written and sent to you — plans, perspectives, documents. You compare, you annotate, you decide — by email, at your own pace, in your own hours. Nothing is decided that you have not seen with your own eyes.
You see the plan of your apartment as it is, and the plan as it could be. Then come perspectives faithful to materials and light — your rooms, finished, before anything begins.

The file your contractor receives
At the end of our work, you receive a complete file: the measurements of every room, the plan of every fitting, the drawing of every piece of furniture, the materials and colours referenced one by one. Everything you read is in English; the technical file for the works is in French, ready for the building company — nothing gets lost between the two.
You hand it to your contractor if you have one; if you do not, we can look for the right one for you. And because everything is decided on paper before anyone starts, the works do not need you on site.
That is the quiet advantage of renovating from abroad: the works usually happen before you arrive — between the purchase and the move, with the apartment empty. You land in a home that is ready.
Furniture made in Paris
The other half of our craft is furniture designed to measure: a bookcase built for your walls, a table cut to your dining room, a piece that exists nowhere else. Designed by us, built by Parisian craftsmen, installed before you arrive.

Can the whole project happen without us coming to Paris?
Yes. We are in Paris: we measure the apartment, and from then on everything reaches you wherever you are. Decisions happen in writing, at your pace; the works can happen with the apartment empty. Come once, or not at all — the choice is yours.
In what order does a project unfold?
Four steps, always the same. Listening first: your habits, your wishes, the way you live. Then the sketch: your apartment, drawn differently — and redrawn as many times as it takes. Who handles the French side — the building company, the building's rules?
The file does. Everything you read is in English; the technical file for the works is in French, ready for your contractor — whom we can look for, if you need. We design within your building's rules, and the file is ready for the authorisation requests when they are needed.
Is it more expensive from abroad?
No. Distance changes how we communicate, not the mission: same steps, same drawings, same file. Each project receives a clear, itemised quote before any commitment — in English.
