Visualise before the works

Visualise your renovation before the works

Seeing your finished living room before the works even begin, trying a shade, comparing two atmospheres: a project reveals itself in images, long before the building site.

At Mira Ceti, every project is visualised before it is committed. You decide looking at your apartment as it will be — not as it is.

What the images show

Images of your apartment — not of an apartment. Your rooms at their true dimensions, seen at eye level, as if you were standing in the doorway. The light comes from your windows; the materials are the project's, not generic textures: this parquet, this paint, this marble, exactly as you chose them.

The built-ins are in place — the bookcases, the storage, the dressing room — and the designed furniture sits there, at its exact place. The point is not to multiply the views: a few right images are enough to convey the feel of a room — its light, its materials, its atmosphere. That feeling is what lets you decide.

Try, compare, choose

A plan demands an effort of imagination; an image demands none. Torn between two shades? You see them one after the other, in the same room. Hesitating between two kitchen layouts? Both versions exist as images, and the choice becomes obvious.

It is also the best moment to change your mind. A drawing is redone in a few days; a building site is not. Everything decided here, images in hand, is a decision the works will never have to improvise. And what is decided in front of an image is not paid for twice: every drawing decision is a budget decision.

How far the detail goes

Further than you would expect. The proportions are the real ones — those of the survey. The materials carry their exact references, the same ones that will appear in the works file. The handles, the lights, the skirting boards: present. The designed furniture appears finished — its wood, its shade, its proportions — set in the room it was born for.

And when a hesitation remains, a room can be declined: a version, then its variant, until you can say “this one”. It is your apartment in several possible futures — and you choose which one becomes real.

On your first evening home, you will recognise every room.

From drawing to reality

These images are not a brochure: they are the project itself. Every view matches the plans, every material its reference, every piece of furniture its fabrication drawings. The works file reproduces exactly what you approved in images — which is what allows the result to look like the images: they come from the same drawing.

They arrive early, too: the first views come with the first drawing, for the big directions; the images of the designed project come next, focused on the rooms that carry your project — before any commitment to works. The full sequence is told in the steps of a project.

Your questions

Do the images really look like the final result?

Yes — because they come from the same drawing as the works file. The dimensions are those of the survey, the materials carry the references that will be ordered, the furniture its fabrication drawings. What the contractor executes is what you saw.

Can we see several versions of the same room?

Yes — it is even one of the great pleasures of the project: comparing two shades, two layouts, two atmospheres, and deciding on images. Variants are part of the method.

Does the furniture appear in the images?

Yes. The built-ins — bookcases, storage, dressing rooms — are in the views as they will be in the plans, and the designed furniture sits there, finished. And the pieces you cherish keep their place in them.

Can we ask for changes after seeing the images?

That is exactly what they are for. You see, you react, we redraw — a shade, a layout, an entire piece. Better ten retouches on images than a single one on a building site.

At what point of the project do we see the first images?

Early. The first views come with the first drawing, to decide the big directions; the images of the designed project arrive next, focused on the rooms that matter — before any commitment to works.
