• Technical data: server logs and strictly necessary cookies (session, language preference).

• Answering your requests (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
• Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
• Cookie-free audience measurement (legitimate interest).

4. Processors and recipients

Data is processed by the following providers, strictly as needed to operate the service:

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting
• Supabase Inc. (Singapore) — database and storage
• Brevo (France) — transactional emails
• PostHog (EU hosting) — audience measurement, without cookies or persistent identifiers

5. International transfers

Transfers outside the EU are governed by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914).

• Contact requests: up to 3 years after the last exchange.
